General Terms and Conditions of Service

This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between the user and Coin Volcano. By accessing and using our technical services, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these provisions, which govern all activities on the platform in Italy.

User profile management The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. The creation of multiple accounts for a single individual is prohibited; in case of technical duplication, the system will proceed to close all associated profiles for security reasons.

The user undertakes to:

• Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Not attempt to violate the technical integrity of the system through malware or cyber attacks.
• Not take actions that could damage the technical reputation of Coin Volcano.

If the service includes financial transactions:

• Deposits can only be made using payment methods registered to the user.
• Withdrawals may be subject to prior technical validation.
• Any technical processing fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before confirming the operation.

The user acknowledges that digital entertainment services involve inherent risks of loss. Coin Volcano does not guarantee certain results or financial returns. Access to the platform is provided "as is", and may be subject to technical interruptions for maintenance or force majeure.
